The Forestry Department now invites eligible and qualified consultants, to submit Expressions of Interest for the Consultancy Services for a Coastal Engineer to Support Mangrove and Wetland Restoration under the Jamaica Mangroves Plus Project (JMPP) Forestry Department at 173 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8

Interested eligible consultants may obtain detailed information from the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) Platform at www.gojep.gov.jm and on the Agency’s website

The information submitted will form the basis on which the scoring will be carried out and will determine the ranking of the Consultant, or whether the Consultant is shortlisted. Please note no financial information or detailed proposals should be contained in or submitted with the Expression of Interest. Additional documents or forms may be submitted in response to this request for Expression of Interest (EOI).

Submissions shall be submitted/uploaded to the GOJEP platform on or before June 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM. If the bid submission deadline has passed, Bids will automatically be rejected by the system.

Bids will be opened electronically on June 11, 2026, at 4:15 PM via GOJEP platform.
