NOTE: All fees paid are non-refundable.
Registration and Payment Instructions
- Registration is available exclusively on our website: ForestryDepartment | SummerHike Application Form
- Each participant must complete and submit an Individual Registration Form online and a Participant Waiver Form signed by hand and uploaded to the registration portal before payment is made. The Participant Waiver Form must be signed by a parent/guardian for persons 13 - 17 years. The original form must be submitted on or before the selected day to hike. Failure to submit a waiver form signed by hand will void your registration. A refund will not be granted.
- The cashier will affix “PAID” on the waiver form where applicable.

Payments may be made online via our e-commence platform or bank transfer.

- Each participant is required to provide their own transportation and refreshment.
- Registration closes on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 or as soon as the maximum number of registrants is reached.
- Registration packages will be available for collection on the day of the hike. All packages will be available for collection at the Registration Desk at the start line.
